A bilingual, Arabic-first website for a Riyadh growth agency: Next.js 16, GSAP choreography, self-hosted Thmanyah type and a content model with nothing hard-coded.
Overview
Trust Smart runs campaigns, production and events for large Saudi brands. Their company profile was strong; their website was not. Black turned the profile into a bilingual site that reads Arabic first and proves every claim with a case.
Approach
Every visible string lives in a content layer: site, metrics, clients, capabilities, projects, method and UI copy in Arabic and English. Pages are composed from that data. Motion is pinned chapter choreography on desktop (GSAP ScrollTrigger with Lenis) and natural vertical flow on phones and for reduced-motion users. Thmanyah Serif Text is self-hosted for both scripts. Legacy URLs redirect; analytics events are named; the contact form validates Saudi numbers and delivers through a webhook or email.
