Castello Resto-Café
A rooftop resto-café in Basra: castle-badge identity, a food-photography post system, bilingual menus, placemats, and the building wrap.

Overview
Castello sits on the fifth floor of the Castle Hotel in Basra. Black gave it a castle-badge identity in red and green, then a system for everything a restaurant prints and posts: menus, placemats, door hangers, story highlights, hiring posts and the banner on the building.
Approach
The badge is built from a castle silhouette and crossed cutlery; Arabic and English share the lockup. On social, photography does the talking: the badge sits small in the corner and the plate takes the frame. Menus repeat the red/green split by section; placemats use a pattern of dish names in Arabic script.
